Bookkeeping Services Agreement 2023

This Bookkeeping Services Agreement (the «Agreement») is entered into on [Date], (the «Effective Date»), by and between:

  1. Scope of Services: Service Provider agrees to provide bookkeeping services to the Client, including but not limited to:
  • Recording financial transactions
  • Reconciling bank and credit card statements
  • Preparing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
  • Organizing and categorizing expenses
  • Providing financial reports and insights
  1. Compensation: In consideration for the bookkeeping services provided by the Service Provider, the Client agrees to pay a fee of $200 on a Monthly basis. Payment shall be made Payment Method Check – Transference via Zelle or Credit Card o Debit card and is due on or before the 05 day each month

– Late payment charges will be applied to any account that is 5 days late. (5%) If the client pays the same month, but if the client pays in the next month Magasa Business & Solutions INC will charge 10% for the total amount and will increase every month.

  1. Term: This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by either party with [Notice Period] written notice.
  2. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential all financial and business information obtained during the course of providing and receiving bookkeeping services. This includes, but is not limited to, client financial records, business operations, and any other sensitive information.
  3. Independent Contractor Relationship: Service Provider is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client. The Service Provider is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other obligations.
  4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
  5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations.
